2006 Self-Study: Salaries

Of the 93 people who took the director survey, 6 did not disclose their salaries or provide full salary information. Another seven respondents were less than full-time (ranging from 20-32 hours) and mostly less than 12 months. Because of this, their salary information is not factored in.

The resulting 80 respondents included 56 administrators who exclusively or almost exclusively do LGBT work full-time (35-40 hours/week) year-round, 4 administrators who work full-time for 10-11 months, and 20 who administrators/faculty who do LGBT work as only part of their jobs.

The analysis will consider the responses of the 60 participants whose position focuses on LGBT work ("LGBT-Focused Professionals"), as well as all 80 respondents ("Professionals Who Do LGBT Work").
