Undergraduate students interested in a career in Student Affairs, including directing an LGBT resource center, are encouraged to apply to the NASPA Undergraduate Fellowship Program. NUFP's mission is to increase the number of persons of ethnic-minority, persons with disabilities, and/or persons who identify as LGBT in student affairs and higher education. NUFP Undergraduate Fellows benefit from a mentoring program and opportunities to attend a national conference, participate in paid internships, and participate in the Summer Leadership Institute.
Learn more about NUFP on the NASPA web site.
Consortium member campuses that currently participate in the NASPA Undergraduate Fellowship Program are listed below. Although the LGBT centers may not act as the main contact point for the NUFP application process, they are resources for Fellows and Interns on their campus.
