The Biomedical and Computing and Devices Lab (Director: Punit Prakash) in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering seeks a postdoctoral scholar to conduct research on devices and systems for image-guided microwave thermal therapy for cancer treatment.
In this role, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of investigators from Engineering and Veterinary Medicine at KSU, engineers and scientists from the medical device and imaging industry, and clinicians at medical centers.
Additionally, you will play a leading role in the design and translation of a minimally-invasive cancer treatment system. You will be provided with mentoring and a supportive environment to grow as a researcher and will be encouraged to initiate and develop new research directions.
Opportunities to attend scientific conferences and workshops will also be provided.

Salary Range: $47,476 - $60,000
