The Office of Diversity and Multicultural Student Affairs within Student Life at Kansas State University is seeking a full-time position.

The Director of Diversity & Multicultural Student Life (DMSL) is responsible for promoting student engagement. You will be responsible for providing academic and social integration opportunities for students of color and marginalized communities. This includes direct support to multicultural student organizations, and the various leadership councils for Multicultural Student Organization's (MSO's) and identity groups. Additionally, this position will collaborate with faculty and staff to promote efforts to enhance cultural celebration, diversity and inclusion efforts across the academy, and student success initiatives to improve student success for students of color. The Director will also work closely with the Associate Vice President for Student Life in the development, implementation, and operation of a new Multicultural Student Center.
Salary Range: $62,770-$100,440
