The California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University offers APA-accredited doctoral programs (PsyD and PhD) in Clinical Psychology at five campuses in California, a Clinical Counseling master's program at two campuses in California, COAMFTE-accredited master's and doctoral programs in Marital and Family Therapy at four campuses in California, a national postdoctoral master's program in psychopharmacology, and online programs.

Job Description:
The PsyD Program invites applications to join our APA-accredited program, with multiple emphasis areas, including Health Psychology, Family/Child and Couple Emphasis, Multicultural Community-Clinical Psychology, and a Multi-Interest Option. We are seeking candidates who can teach courses in one of these areas and core classes such as intercultural processes/diversity, ethics, and program development. In particular, we are seeking faculty with expertise in assessment and/or neuropsychology with an interest in biological bases of behavior and/or psychopharmacology. Those with specialized training in Human Development or Cognitive Affective bases of behavior will also be strongly considered. The ability to integrate clinical expertise into teaching and scholarship is highly desirable. Preferred candidates will have clinical and/or research expertise in ethnic minority mental health and/or mental health issues involving lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender, and/or international populations as well as persons with disabilities.

Requirements:
The positions require evidence of or promise of excellence in graduate level teaching, capability to supervise doctoral research, a record of or promise of excellence in scholarship and sound clinical training, and a commitment to multicultural mental health. Candidates must hold a PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology (or closely related field) from an APA-accredited institution. Completion of an APA-accredited internship and California license or license eligibility are strongly preferred.
