The University of Wisconsin-River Falls is looking to hire a new Assistant Director of Admissions. The Assistant Director serves as a key member of the University’s enrollment team. The Assistant Director is responsible for developing and executing the recruitment plan, coordinating outreach activities and events, identifying strategies that support special populations, and supervising the recruitment team.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of experience in higher education or related field
• Skilled communicator (oral and written), with success in developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
• Effective in developing and implementing recruitment, marketing, and communication strategies
• Commitment to developing an inclusive, highly collaborative work environment among faculty, staff, and students
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one
