Reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions, the Transfer Coordinator serves as a key member of the recruitment and enrollment team. The individual is responsible for the development and implementation of transfer recruitment and enrollment strategies. This position works extensively and collaboratively with key transfer constituencies on and off campus throughout the recruitment, admission, and enrollment process.

Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution
2 years of experience working in higher education or related field
Intermediate/advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based technologies, as well as a willingness to learn/adapt to changing recruitment technologies
Skilled communicator (oral and written), with success in developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
Organization and attention to detail, with an ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines
Commitment to developing an inclusive, highly collaborative work environment
Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one |
