The Women and Gender Advocacy Center (WGAC) at Colorado State University is now accepting applications for the Men’s Programming and Violence Prevention Coordinator. This position plays a critical role in mission of the office by creating and facilitating programmatic efforts that provide a space for men to critically and openly discuss their role within gender violence and issues related to masculinity. This position will also work very closely with the Assistant Director for Educational Programming to coordinate and implement education and outreach programming from an intersectional framework on social justice issues, with a specific focus on interpersonal violence and other and gender-based topics throughout the campus and community. This position provides support for the peer educator program, the Reframe initiative and will become trained as a victim advocate. Please share this position with your professional networks.
