Manager for Culture of Care - 6633 - Full-time

The Manager for Culture of Care assumes primary responsibility for developing and implementing the Culture of Care initiative for a Greek community of 1700 students in 27 chapters. Culture of Care is our approach to proactive risk management, and the health and wellness of our members and chapters. This position is directly responsible for supervising five graduate student house directors.
Supervisory Responsibility: Provide direct supervision for five graduate House Directors.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of Greek Life experience is required.
Education/Licensing: Master's degree in an appropriate discipline, ideally student development, higher education administration, counseling or law or equivalent work experience with a national fraternity/sorority headquarters.
