Under the direction of the Dean of Students, the Director of Intercultural Student Success will foster campus-wide awareness and competence regarding cultural inclusion and equity. The Director contributes to the creation of a welcoming campus environment by providing programming that not only honors students’ multiple identities but also builds working alliances with diverse student, staff, and faculty stakeholders that support retention and persistence.
