The College of Arts and Sciences at Kansas State University is seeking a full-time Business and Financial Services Manager (Shared Service Manager). This position is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the day-to-day human resources, operational business activities and financial objectives of the Arts and Sciences Shared Service Center. Coordinates the business activities of twelve departments, including Art, American Ethnic Studies, Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics, Chemistry, Communication Studies, Geography, Geology, History, Journalism and Mass Communications, Political Science, Psychological Sciences, and Sociology, Anthropology and Social Work. Supervises staff in the Shared Service Center and is the chief liaison between the Shared Service Center and Department Heads for whom the center serves. Responsible for developing and implementing software tools and processes to create efficient processing of information.

Salary Range: $47,476 to $75,940
