Executive Board and Regional Representative Elections (2024)

Members with current, active membership in the Consortium for Higher Education LGBT Resource Professionals are invited to vote on the candidates running for Executive Board and Regional Representative positions by clicking the button below.

 

Voting will run from April 22nd to May 13th. You must log into your Consortium member account to vote.

During this election, you will be voting for:

  • Membership Coordinator (Organizational Operations Collective)
  • Regional Representatives for the following regions:
    • Orange Region
    • Yellow Region
    • Green Region
    • Pink Region

 


 

Executive Board Positions

Organizational Operations Collective (OOC)

The broad categories of responsibilities of the Organizational Operations Collective (OOC) include logistical, fiscal, communications and membership. Each of the OOC members will have a specific role with one or more of these responsibilities.

The Membership Coordinator will:

  • Manage all of the MemberClicks processes including responding to member inquiries, approve new members, reach out to new prospects and remove lapsed memberships.
  • Maintain, assess and/or identify an efficient membership management system.
  • Manage registration and member engagement rosters through a membership management system, working with project and program point persons to create and maintain appropriate forms.

Regional Representative Positions

Regional Representatives will work with the Membership Engagement Collective (MEC) and occasionally the Organizational Operations Collective (OOC) to ensure the needs and desires of the Consortium members in a given region are communicated to the Executive Board. Regional Representatives are responsible for outreach, community building, and offering support and education within their respective regions.
