Subject :Associate Director, Center for Graduate and Professional Diversity Initiatives
Associate Director, Center for Graduate and Professional Diversity Initiatives, University of Kentucky
Reporting to the Director, serve in a significant leadership role in the Center for Graduate and Professional Diversity Initiatives focused on recruiting and retaining diverse graduate and professional students. Oversee the daily operations of one of the Center's two office locations and manage key professional staff and events with a campus-wide orientation. Develop, implement, and assess support and enrichment programs for URM/historically marginalized graduate and professional students. Assist in developing and executing a strategic plan for recruiting that supports select graduate and professional programs at the University. Assist the director with other special projects related to graduate and professional student experiences and broader institutional inclusion as assigned.
(Note: this position reports to UK's Director of Institutional Inclusion and Community Engagement who serves as both the Director of the Center for Graduate and Professional Diversity Initiatives and the Director of the Office of LGBTQ* Resources)
