UWM is seeking an experienced Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer to join the Global Inclusion and Engagement Office.

The Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer will be responsible for advancing strategy in support of diversity and inclusion at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. The individual will provide collaborative leadership across a multi-campus organization in the coordination and implementation of services that promote diversity, equity, inclusion and opportunity in our student and workforce populations. This position will interface with an engaged faculty, staff, student body and executive leadership team, to advance the university’s guiding value of honoring diversity in all its forms. This position provides an exciting opportunity to advance a campus-wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) framework while providing support and guidance to executive leadership, faculty, staff and students through partnerships with internal and external constituencies. The direct reporting line will be to the Vice Chancellor for Global Inclusion and Engagement, with a dotted reporting line to the Chancellor.
