Shenandoah University Student Life seeks committed and knowledgeable candidates to work with diverse student populations in the role of Diversity Programs Coordinator. This position will report to the Director of Inclusion and Diversity and assist in all aspects of operations and programming in the Mosaic Center for Diversity. Core responsibilities include program and event development, campus education and training, student supervision, student advocacy and advising, and collaboration and outreach. Candidates should have a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, College Student Personnel, Counseling, Justice Studies, or a related field as well as 2-3 years of professional experience to apply.
